1. Single-plex SNP genotyping platform
Applied Biosystems TaqMan® SNP Genotyping: suitable for a few to tens of SNPs to be typed for hundreds and more samples.
2. Multi-plex SNP genotyping platform
Illumina BeadArray™ technology: for hundreds to hundreds of thousands of SNPs.
