Both RNA and DNA-based applications are supported on the BeadStation 500GX Genetic Analysis System with the Infinium upgrade including post application automation.
- GoldenGate® Genotyping – Linkage and fine mapping standard content panels and custom SNP panels from 96- to 1536-plex; DNA methylation profiling with single CpG resolution.
- Infinium™ Genotyping – Whole-Genome Genotyping from 100K to 1M SNP loci; iSelect™ Infinium Custom Genotyping is also available. The Infinium Assays support DNA copy number analysis.
- Direct Hybridization Gene Expression – Whole-genome and focused-content array solutions. Custom arrays are also available.
- DASL® Gene Expression – Standard and custom panels of up to 1536 genes for partially degraded RNAs such as those found in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded samples.
