Services

Mammalian Genotyping Core provides SNP genotyping, CNV detection and DNA methylation services to UNC-Chapel Hill investigators and external researchers on a first-come-first-serve basis, with priority given to internal users.

We can run any Illumina microarrays, human and non-human. Please check Illumina for current list. Researchers can select ready-to-use kits, design custom genotyping arrays, and may add custom markers to standard arrays.
